Here is the scorecard and layout from Floyd Golf Course. 

Holes 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16 and 18 are par 3. 
Holes 6, 10 and 14 are par 4.
Holes 3, 8 and 17 are par 5. 

Water comes into play only on the front 9. The course is hilly and features multiple elevation changes. There are some trees. Out-of-bounds rings the perimeter of the course.
